Your details.
Handled with care.
This notice explains how Astir Technology Pty Ltd handles information submitted through this website.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and a description of your challenge. Phone, company and topic are optional. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records.
The AI trial planner asks for your name and email to prepare a personalised PDF. Business, role, phone and your goal are optional. When you download, we save these details with your task, time estimates and readiness answers as a private enquiry. The PDF is generated for your download and is not published on the website.
How we use it
We use your information to understand and respond to your enquiry. We may also contact you about a plan you requested. Neither an enquiry nor a PDF request signs you up for marketing emails.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in a private Vercel storage service configured in Sydney. Access requires authorised credentials. Notifications may be sent to a restricted Slack channel for our team. Vercel and Slack may process service and operational information in other countries.
Enquiries remain in our private records until removed. We review them when they are no longer needed to respond or manage the resulting work. You can ask us to delete information by contacting us below.
Website operation
Our hosting provider processes connection information to deliver and protect the website. We use a hashed network identifier and request counts to limit repeated form submissions. The website remembers your motion and privacy preferences in your browser.
Website analytics and interaction recordings
We use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to measure page visits, traffic sources, clicks, visible sections, performance and progress through the enquiry form. A completed enquiry is counted only after it has been saved successfully. Google receives browser and device information and processes connection information when you use the site.
Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and masked interaction recordings on marketing pages. We use strict text masking and do not load Clarity on the contact page. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names and written enquiry answers are not included in our analytics events. We do not enable advertising personalisation, remarketing or Google Signals.
When website analytics is enabled, we also count distinct public IP addresses using a server-side identifier that changes each Sydney day. We process the IP address to create this keyed identifier; this feature does not store the raw address, page history or contact details. These pseudonymous records are held in private Vercel storage and removed after seven days at the next daily reporting run. Only aggregate counts appear in our restricted Slack analytics report. Shared networks and changing addresses mean these counts do not identify individual people.
Your tracking choices
For visitors identified as being in Australia, analytics starts when the page loads; the notice’s OK button dismisses the notice. For other or unknown locations, optional analytics waits for your choice to allow it. You can turn analytics or recordings off using Privacy settings in the footer. We honour browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Your choice is remembered for up to six months.
Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and Clarity uses _clck and _clsk. Disabling analytics stops future tracking by this site and removes these first-party cookies; it does not automatically delete previously collected information. Google Analytics user and event retention is set to 14 months, without resetting it on new activity. Aggregated reports may remain longer. Clarity retention depends on its recording and reporting features.
Google and Microsoft may process analytics information outside Australia. Read Google’s privacy policyand Microsoft’s privacy statementfor their handling of this information. Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools also provide aggregated search-performance reports.
