Where workflow automation can help

Your team might be copying details between systems, sorting requests by hand or collecting the same information for every report. We start with one repeatable job and the people responsible for it.

Ordinary rules handle predictable steps. AI can help interpret emails, documents or other varied information. We agree where a person checks or approves the result.

A request-to-record example

This illustrates a possible workflow. The steps and checks would be agreed for your business.

  1. ReceiveA request arrives through an approved form or inbox.
  2. PrepareExtract the details and check required fields.
  3. ReviewA person checks unclear or important information.
  4. UpdateCreate or update the record after the required approval.
  5. ConfirmRecord the outcome and make any failure visible.

What an implementation includes

We agree the scope and acceptance checks before building. A typical delivery has four parts.

  1. Map and scope: document the trigger, systems, data, approvals and exceptions. Agree the result the workflow must produce.
  2. Build and connect: set up the agreed integrations, permissions and review steps. Keep a record of important actions.
  3. Test with your team: check normal jobs, missing information, duplicate requests, incorrect outputs and failed connections. Include review and correction time in the comparison.
  4. Launch and hand over: train the people using it, provide operating instructions and agree monitoring, support and a way to pause the workflow.

You get the agreed working workflow, test results and handover material. We define the number of integrations, environments and training sessions in the proposal. Wider rollout and additional workflows are separate scope decisions.

What affects the implementation cost?

The quote separates one-off delivery from recurring costs such as hosting, software, AI usage and maintenance. We model the cost against the work involved and confirm pricing for your scope. Time freed up and cash savings are assessed separately.

Who maintains the workflow after launch?

Agree an owner before launch. Your team, Astir under a defined support scope, or another provider can maintain it. The handover should make that choice practical.

Check it again when a connected system, model or business process changes. Review the output quality and running costs as part of ongoing care.
